Our Teachers

At Josiah, our main teachers are certified and trained in the Diploma of Early Childhood Curriculum and Education (DECCE) or its equivalent. Each of our teachers are required to complete one hundred hours of in-house training based on our Josiah Way training before they begin to work with our children.

Beyond their invaluable experience and skills, we are proud that our teaching faculty have been specially chosen for their genuine love for young children. Our teachers aim to nurture and guide our children in a safe and stimulating environment where happiness and openness are championed.
